Jo gives piano lessons for pupils of all ages in a variety of styles from classical through to pop. Although a Grade 8 pianist herself, she currently teaches to Grade 5 level.

Grade Exams

Lessons are given on an full size, 88-key, weighted, touch sensitive Digital Piano which recreates the feel of an acoustic piano. If required, formal exams can be taken with The ABRSM and Jo is happy to organise this. Jo has a 100% pass rate with her students.

Play for Fun

If you’re not really after exams and certificates, but want to learn how to play for fun or a feeling of achievement, Jo is happy with that too. You may have a certain piece of music in mind that you would like to learn, or you could choose something from Jo’s vast repertoire.

Lessons Tailored to You

Jo’s lessons are tailored to each individuals’ needs to ensure maximum progress and achievment. Jo’s students currently range from ages 6 to ’70-something’ and come from all walks of life and she prides herself on having a great relationship with each and every one.

Lesson Prices

• £20 per 30 minute lesson.
• Half price (£10) for the initial (trial) lesson.
